These general conditions of sale are agreed between www.hujoboutique.com, headquartered at Rua Martim Moniz 539, 2nd floor, Porto, customer support service email@example.com hereinafter referred to as HuJo boutique, and persons wishing to place orders through of the online store, hereinafter referred to as the end consumer.
The domain of the Site belongs to Jorge Daniel Santos Silva, PT 227552792 (there is no public service), which is responsible for its exploration and operation management.
The parties agree that purchases made through the website https://www.hujoboutique.com shall be governed by this contract to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.
HuJo boutique will do everything possible to ensure that the information presented does not contain typographical errors, which will be quickly corrected whenever they occur. If you purchase a product that has different characteristics from those presented online, you have the right to terminate the purchase contract under the applicable legal terms.
HuJo boutique will do its utmost to ship all the products ordered, but it is possible that, in certain cases and due to difficult to control causes, such as human errors or incidents in computer systems, it is not possible to provide any of the products requested by the User. If any product is not available after placing the order, you will be notified by email or by telephone. At that moment you will be presented with the possibility of canceling the order with the respective refund, if you have already made the respective payment.
All information about prices, products, specifications, promotional actions and services may be changed by us at any time.
DEADLINE FOR RETURNS
According to Decree Law nº 24/2014 of 14 February, the customer has the right to terminate the contract within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after the date of receipt of the order.
Exchanges/returns of products ordered online will only be accepted up to 14 days after the date of receipt of the order, as described in the legislation that regulates this sector. Returned products must be accompanied by the invoice, manuals, accessories and original packaging intact, any associated offers, as they were sold and sent to the customer.
HuJo boutique in contrary situation reserves the right not to accept returns.
After checking the status of the goods, the amount will be returned in the same way as the payment was made.
The prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase, plus the respective postage costs. The price of the products, the VAT amount and the cost of postage are all duly itemized before the final validation phase of the purchase.
Any other costs resulting from sending orders abroad, including customs clearance costs, will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser of the product.
The HuJo boutique collects the customer's personal data for the purpose of managing the customer's account, invoicing, providing information, as expressly authorized to do so, assuming a commitment to privacy and security in the processing and maintenance of each customer's personal data, under the terms of Law No. 67/98 of 26 October.
The entire payment process, from the selection of the payment method to the introduction of data inherent to the order payment process, is properly protected with appropriate electronic security tools.

COMPLAINTS AND ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The User may submit any contractual conflicts, to arbitration and mediation mechanisms that are or will be legally constituted, as well as complain to the https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.home2.show acts and omissions that violate the legal provisions applicable to the acquisition of goods.
The complaint must be submitted within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days, counted from the knowledge of the facts by the User, being registered in the information systems and that must decide the complaint and notify the interested party within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days , from the date of receipt.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
This agreement is subject to Portuguese law. For the resolution of disputes arising from this contract, the jurisdiction of the District of Porto is competent, with express waiver of any other.
